2) How to read a paper
- Highlighting an important part by a marker
- Arranging the part next to it by using a red pen
- On reading a paper if you think an expression is applicable, taking a note for later.
- Making a comment easily about tables and figures
3) Using a free reference manager like Mendeley, OneNote, and so on.
4) Posting on a blog
- A title on a blog is not a a "title", but specification of a paper
- Writing title/authors/conference/date/pages before explaining about a paper
